The group for which I want to register is already full. Is there a waiting list?
Yes, there is a waiting list. If the desired group is already full, please send an e-mail to luistergoed@gmail.com if you wish to be placed on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available before the start of the course, we will contact you immediately.

I would like to follow the music course with my two children. How does that work?
Awesome! That is possible and you also get a small discount! You and your children can follow the lesson together; it is usually decided to have both children join the toddler class. In this case we recommend that you bring a caregiver per child, but that is not compulsory.

Does my child always have to come to the music class with the same caregiver?
Not necessarily. The child can be accompanied by the parent, but also by grandfather, grandmother, aunt, uncle, nanny, etc.

Can two caregivers come to class together?
That is of course also possible. However, please always inform the teacher in advance to prevent the class from becoming too busy for the children.

We missed a class. Can I catch up at another time?
Yes please! Together we will try to find another moment. Only 1 make up class is allowed and only during the same course. If you have to miss a lesson, you must always inform the teacher in advance. In this way we can find spots for everybody.

I would like to join a course which has already begun. Is this possible?
This is possible if there is still available spots in the desired group. You always pay for the entire course - unfortunately it is not possible to pay per lesson. We do try to plan a make up class together.

Until when can I cancel my registration?
Cancellation is possible up to 3 days before the start of the course. Then the entire course fee is due.
Can I get a refund of my course fees?
In case you are unable to attend the music class, the course fee cannot be refunded.
What payment options are there?
We accept iDEAL, Sofort and Bancontact payments. You can also pay the course fee with a bank transfer to IBAN NL61 TRIO 0338637095 t.n.v. A.M. Garcia de Castro. Please state the name of your child (ren).

Can I take a trial lesson with my child?
A trial lesson is regularly scheduled before the start of a music course. You and your child will then take one 45-minute lesson for € 15. After this lesson you can immediately sign up for the next course.

Do I get a refund when lessons are canceled due to the Corona crisis or other calamity situation?
No Unfortunately not. Before the start of the course you will receive a welcome message with the teaching conditions in which this information can be found. If there is a force majeure situation (mandatory measure of the national government) not decided or caused by Luistergoed Music, then no refund of the tuition fee is possible. Lessons will be postponed and scheduled at a later time.
